Trikon is hiring a Project Coordinator to keep client work moving across brand, digital and business systems projects. This is a full-time, in-person role in Kaloor, Kochi, paying ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.

What you’ll do

- Turn briefs into task lists, timelines and explicit owners. Keep the project tracker current from kickoff to handover.

- Coordinate work across design, content and development. Follow up on deliverables, approvals and dependencies.

- Prepare meeting notes and concise status updates, and flag delays or scope changes early to the project lead.

- Organise project files and handoffs so teams and clients know what is due and what happens next.

What you bring

- Experience coordinating client projects or cross-functional delivery.



Around 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

- Clear written and verbal communication, careful follow-through and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

- Comfort with spreadsheets and a project tracking tool such as Notion, Asana or Trello. Agency or digital delivery experience is welcome.
