Job Summary

Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Visa Executives for our B2B and B2C Visa Operations. Candidates with relevant experience in either profile are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries.
- Assist with visa applications, documentation, and application procedures.
- Review and verify documents as per embassy and consulate requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centres for submissions and follow-ups.
- Track applications and provide timely status updates to clients or B2B partners.
- Handle visa-related queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure applications are processed within timelines.
- Stay updated on visa rules, documentation requirements, and procedural changes.

B2B Profile

- Coordinate with travel agents, corporate clients,



and B2B travel partners.
- Manage partner documentation and provide timely visa-related support.

B2C Profile

- Handle direct customer interactions and guide customers throughout the visa process.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, procedures, and timelines.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in visa processing or travel operations.
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and procedures for multiple countries.
- Candidates who have handled Schengen visa applications will be preferred.
- Experience in either B2B or B2C visa processing.
- Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online visa application portals.

Preferred: Candidates with experience handling Schengen and multiple international visa destinations.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
