- Shift & Floor Leadership: Supervise daily floor activities, coordinate service flow during peak hours, and lead pre-shift briefings.
- Team Management: Assign daily duties, monitor attendance and staff grooming, coach team members, and assist with training.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, address special requests, and handle or escalate customer complaints.
- Operations & Quality Control: Oversee opening and closing procedures, monitor coffee/food preparation consistency, and check equipment functionality.
- Inventory & Stock: Track stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, conduct inventory counts, and coordinate reordering.
- Cash & Sales Handling: Manage till operations, process payments, reconcile cash registers at shift end, and compile daily sales reports.
- Health, Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation regulations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
