About the Role

Machinoid Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hands-on 3D Printer Production Operator to support its growing production operations. You’ll help keep the printer farm running efficiently, monitor print jobs, inspect finished parts, and prepare products for the next stage of production.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with machines, solving practical problems, and contributing to a hands-on production environment. Professional experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant hobby, college, workshop, or maker experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Start and stop print jobs according to the production schedule.
- Load the correct filament and confirm printer settings before each job.
- Monitor active prints and identify potential issues early.
- Remove completed parts carefully and prepare printers for the next job.
- Inspect parts for warping, layer separation, stringing, poor first layers, under-extrusion, support failures, and other visible defects.
- Separate defective parts and report recurring quality issues.
- Remove supports and prepare parts for assembly, packaging, or fulfilment.
- Clean print beds, nozzles, build plates, and the surrounding work area.
- Perform basic routine maintenance and escalate printer problems when needed.
- Monitor filament usage, change rolls, store materials properly, and report low stock.
- Maintain production records, including completed, failed, and reprinted jobs.
- Report print failures with details such as printer, material, product, print time, and suspected cause.
- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and daily production priorities.

Requirements





- Basic understanding of 3D printing and comfort working with machines.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer or smartphone skills.
- Ability to recognize common print defects and report them clearly.
- Willingness to perform repetitive, hands-on work and learn printer operation and maintenance.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible approach to equipment and materials.
- Comfortable standing and working around printers for extended periods.

Preferred Experience

Experience is preferred but not required. Relevant experience may include:

- Operating FDM 3D printers professionally, at college, or as a hobby.
- Using printers such as Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, or similar.
- Familiarity with slicers such as Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, Cura, or PrusaSlicer.
- Basic knowledge of PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS/ASA, or other common filaments.
- Machine operation, production, workshop, fabrication, assembly, or DIY projects.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
