Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls at site locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues .
- Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs to minimize network downtime.
- Conduct cabling installations , including fiber optics and Ethernet connections.
- Support VoIP systems,



surveillance systems, and IoT devices connected to the network.
- Ensure network security and compliance with company IT policies.
- Perform site surveys to assess network infrastructure needs and improvements.
- Monitor network performance , identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
- Provide technical support to end-users and coordinate with remote IT teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and issue resolutions.

Required Skills :

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related field .
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting .
- Experience with network cabling, fiber optics, and patch panel installations .
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues independently.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a field-based environment .
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
