GWC is a privately owned business with 20 years of experience in the waterproofing and rehabilitation industry. We strive to protect our clients' properties from climatic conditions and enhance their durability.

Role and Responsibilities: As an On-Site Waterproofing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our waterproofing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervision: Overseeing the day-to-day on-site activities related to waterproofing, including coordinating with the team and client to ensure smooth execution.
- Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining rigorous in-house quality control processes to ensure that all waterproofing work aligns with our company's quality benchmarks.
- Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of ongoing waterproofing work to identify potential issues, and deviations from plans, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of work progress, quality assessments, and any deviations or challenges encountered, and promptly reporting to the project management team.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with architects, project managers,



and other stakeholders to address technical queries, provide progress updates, and offer insights to enhance project outcomes.
- Training: Mentoring and guiding on-site teams in best practices for waterproofing techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards. (Role shall not have limitation to this only, but to specify)

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in on-site supervision and quality control in waterproofing projects.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with project stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams.
- Should Be Civil Degree Holder or Diploma
