- Drafting & Design : Prepare structural, civil, and architectural drawings (e.g., RCC, steel structures, layouts) using CAD software.
- Engineering Collaboration : Work with engineers to convert rough sketches, notes, and data into accurate, detailed blueprints.
- Revisions & Updates : Modify drawings based on field changes or engineer instructions.
- Site Inspection : Conduct site visits for measurement verification.
- Compliance & Standards : Ensure all designs comply with building codes and safety regulations.
- Material Estimation : Calculate bills of quantities (BOQ) and materials required.
- Document Management : Maintain, archive, and manage technical drawings and project reports.
