Job Opening - Project Manager (Electrical / ELV / IBMS)

Location : Wagle estate, Thane, Mumbai Work Days : Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mode : On‑site only (No Work From Home) Joining : Immediate joiners preferred (within 15-20 days)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects covering Electrical, ELV, and IBMS scope
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports
- Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Monitor project costs and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors across project sites
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and client handovers
- Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Handle issue resolution, change management, and escalations





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical systems, ELV, and IBMS :

- Proven project management skills in planning, scheduling, execution, and cost control

- Ability to read and interpret electrical and ELV/IBMS drawings and specifications

- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Problem‑solving mindset with sound decision‑making ability

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project management tools

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
- Certifications in IBMS / BMS / ELV systems (preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project execution (Electrical, ELV, IBMS)
- Proven track record of managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
