Role Overview

We’re hiring a Business Analyst (AI Context) to turn fuzzy business problems into crisp, buildable specifications. You’ll document workflows , prepare use-case requirements , and partner with customers, sales, and engineering to ship AI solutions that work in the real world—on time, compliant, and tied to clear business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Discovery & Requirements

- Run stakeholder interviews, call shadowing, and data reviews to uncover goals, constraints, and edge cases.
- Produce BRDs/PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a traceability matrix tied to KPIs.

Process & Workflow Design

- Map current and future-state workflows (swimlanes/BPMN), including human ↔ AI handoffs, SLAs, guardrails, and escalation paths.
- Define intent taxonomies , conversation flows, fallback strategies, and success metrics for voice/chat agents.

System & Integration Specs

- Write API/data requirements for CRM, ticketing, billing, telephony, calendars, payment, and knowledge bases.
- Specify authentication/authorization, PII handling, retention, and GDPR considerations.

AI-Specific Analysis





- Translate business objectives into LLM/agent capabilities: tools, retrieval, memory, evaluation harnesses, and safety rules.
- Define evaluation criteria (task success, containment, CSAT, AHT, FCR) and support pilot/POC test plans.

Delivery Support

- Support SOW scope, milestones, and acceptance plans.
- Partner with engineers to validate builds; run UAT; maintain living documentation in Notion/Confluence.
- Prepare customer-ready artifacts: diagrams, runbooks, playbooks, and training materials.

The Kinds of Projects You’ll Touch

- AI voice agents for telecom (faults, billing, plan changes, cancellations).
- WhatsApp bots for customer support and proactive outreach.
- AI receptionist/booking flows for healthcare clinics.
- Agent-assist copilots that summarize calls, auto-disposition to CRM, and suggest next-best actions.
- Analytics & VoC dashboards with intent trends, containment, and ROI modeling.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 3-7 years in Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, or Product Analysis (consulting or enterprise delivery preferred).
- Evidence of end-to-end requirements : discovery → BRD/PRD → user stories/AC → UAT → go-live.
- Strong process mapping (BPMN/swimlanes) and spec writing (explicit, unambiguous, testable).
- Comfortable with integrations (REST APIs, webhooks), data contracts, and basic data modeling.
- Fluency in contact-center or customer-operations contexts (SLAs, queues,



dispositions, handoffs).
- Practical understanding of LLM/agent systems (prompting, retrieval, tools, safety, evaluation)—no ML research required.
- Excellent communication; client-facing presence; proactive stakeholder management.

Nice to Have

- Domain exposure in telecom, healthcare, financial services, or eCommerce .
- Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce/Zendesk/Freshdesk, Twilio/Vonage, Dialog/Genesys/Five9.
- Working knowledge of GDPR/ISO-style controls and DPIA thinking.
- Ability to draft ROI models and business cases.
- Basic SQL or analytics skills.
