We are seeking an experienced GenAI Solution Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical delivery of a GenAI-powered Assistant that supports IT Operations (ITO) processes in the manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture & Design :

- Design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that align with enterprise IT standards.

- Own decisions around RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector search, prompt engineering strategies, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

- GenAI Integration & Innovation :





- Define patterns for prompt engineering, embeddings, vector and LLM integration.

- Ensure AI workflows are modular, reusable, and cost-efficient.

- Technical Leadership & Governance :

- Guide squads (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps) in translating requirements into scalable technical designs.

- Define coding standards, architecture blueprints, and quality gates .

- Provide technical leadership during design reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles .

- Hands-On Contribution :

- Build reference implementations and POCs to validate GenAI use cases.

- Troubleshoot complex integration challenges across AI, APIs, and cloud services.

- Remain hands-on in critical technical areas , especially GenAI integrations.

- Cloud & DevOps Alignment :

- Define AWS-native deployment architecture for scale and resilience.

- Work with DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cost optimization.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise guardrails.

- Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with product owners, business SMEs, and delivery managers to align solution design with business needs.

- Communicate complex technical concepts in simple, business-aligned terms.

Required Skills & Experience

- Technical Leadership :

- Strong experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or technical leadership.

- GenAI Expertise (Hands-On) :





- Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG workflows.

- Practical experience with vector databases.

- Familiarity with GenAI orchestration frameworks

- Cloud & DevOps :

- Robust experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudFront).

- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, containerization (Docker), and monitoring frameworks.

- Ability to optimize GenAI workloads for performance, cost, and scalability.
