Job Title : Data Entry Operator (Fresher)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Enter data accurately into company systems, registers, and Excel sheets.

- Maintain and update daily records such as:

- Inventory sheets

- IMS / stock records

- Attendance or site-related data (if applicable)

- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.

- Maintain proper filing (physical and digital) of documents.

- Ensure daily updates are completed within deadlines.

- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, or office staff for data clarification.

- Report discrepancies, missing data, or errors to the reporting authority immediately.

- Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.

- Follow company procedures and documentation standards strictly.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Google Sheet .
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.




- Basic understanding of data verification and record maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard formats.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company systems.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum :Graduate :

- Computer course or certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Internship or training experience in data entry will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Personal Attributes

- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
- Responsible and organized in handling documents.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work in office or site environment as required.

Working Days & Timings

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Timings: As per company policy

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,924.33 - ₹10,336.02 per month
