Sales & Marketing Executive

Company : JABRO Engineers Location : Pune (and nearby industrial areas) Experience : 2-5 Years (Engineering / Industrial Sales Preferred)

Qualification (mandatory)

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical Engineering :

- Strong technical understanding of engineering products and industrial services

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sector

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal teams

- Prepare and follow up on quotations

- Negotiate terms and close sales orders

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management

- Attend client meetings, plant visits, and industry exhibitions

- Key Skills Required :





- Excellent communication skills (English required; Hindi/Marathi preferred)

- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
