Safe and Timely Transportation : Drive the principal and/or family members to and from appointments, meetings, events, and other destinations as scheduled, ensuring all journeys are safe and efficient.1

- Administrative & Logistics Support : Manage car servicing, refueling, and coordinate any necessary repairs with prior approval.3
- Route Planning : Plan the shortest and safest routes to destinations using navigational software (e.g., Google Maps) while also leveraging knowledge of local roads and alternative paths to avoid delays.2
- Compliance : Strictly adhere to all national and local traffic laws and regulations. Ensure the vehicle’s documents, such as insurance and registration, are current.2
- Communication : Communicate effectively with the principal, family, or house manager in Hindi to confirm schedules, pickup locations, and report any issues or delays.
- Flexibility : Be flexible with working hours and available for travel and overtime as required by the principal’s schedule.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience :



Minimum [Specify, e.g., 5-8] years of proven experience as a personal or corporate driver, preferably for senior management or private families.3

- Driving License : Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class (manual and automatic transmission experience preferred).12

- Language : Must be proficient in Hindi (speaking, reading, and understanding). Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.1

- Technical Skills : Sound judgment, excellent decision-making skills, and proficiency in using navigational software.2

- Personal Attributes :

- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

- Professional demeanor and a pleasant personality.2

- Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination.2

- Familiarity with luxury vehicles (preferred).
