- Process driver trip settlements, including freight, incentives, and deductions.
- Maintain and update driver-wise ledger accounts and records.
- Handle payroll calculations for drivers, including advances, fuel deductions, penalties, and bonuses.
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for trip data validation.
- Ensure timely disbursement of payments to drivers.
- Resolve driver queries related to settlements and payments.
- Generate settlement reports and MIS for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in settlement/accounts/finance ,
preferably in logistics or transportation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills :
- Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities
- Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally/SAP preferred)

- Experience in freight settlement, trip settlement, or vendor payouts :
