We are seeking a skilledServiceNow Developerto design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities follow best practices and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices

- Customize ServiceNow applications usingBusiness Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes and Flow Designer

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such asÏTSMCSMAPOMCOFinanceManagementEmployee Centre.

- Build and supportintegrationsusing REST SOAP MID Server andIntegrationHub

- Create and manageworkflowsFlowDesingerandETLIntegration HubDataFabric/Zero Copy Connectorstranformation

- Perform unit testing debugging and troubleshooting of platform issues

- Support platform upgrades patches and releases

- Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

- Follow SDLC Agile/Scrum and change management processes

- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 years of hands-onServiceNow development experience

- Strong experience withJavaScriptREST/SOAPAPIsand integrations

(server-side and client-side)





- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture

- Experience with (Source-to-Pay Order-to-Cash lifecycleAccounts payable Accounts receivable etc)

- Familiarity withCMDB andITSM

- Experience withotherApplication would be plus likeITOM HRSD.

- Understanding ofACLs roles and security best practices

- Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments

- ServiceNow certifications such as:

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- Module-specific certifications (CSMITSMMCOetc.)

- Experience withServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting

- Exposure toDevOps CI/CD and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience
