Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve collections target by visiting customers/ with DCAs/to hire DCAsMonitor performance against set parameters and provide regular legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing accurate records of customer interactions and regular reports on collection activities and escalations promptly and effectively to resolve DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection to Case trackingResolution at per AOP with in agreed timelinesPortfolio ManagementDebt Collection StrategyTarget AchievementRegulatory ComplianceReporting and AnalysisRisk ManagementTeam LeadershipVendor ManagementCo-ordinating with internal and external clients
