Job Summary : The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors during medical procedures, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Patient Care

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Respiration).
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist patients with daily activities and maintain personal hygiene.
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and surgeries.

2. Clinical Support

- Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
- Ensure proper use and sterilization of medical equipment.
- Handle emergency cases efficiently.

3. Infection Control & Safety

- Follow infection control protocols and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
- Ensure patient safety standards are followed at all times.

4. Documentation & Reporting





- Maintain nursing charts and treatment records.
- Report patient condition changes immediately to concerned doctors.
- Maintain stock records of medicines and consumables.

5. Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other hospital staff.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge instructions.

Eligibility Criteria :

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (mandatory)
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate
- 0-3 years of experience (Hospital experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of ICU / Dialysis / Ward procedures (if applicable)
