Dispatch & Packing Executive Position

Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Safe Product Packaging : Securely pack finished goods using appropriate materials (boxes, crates, bubble wrap, or strapping tape) to prevent any damage during transit.
- Labeling & Verification : Verify product codes, quantities, and serial numbers against invoice challans or packing lists before sealing packages.
- Dispatch Documentation : Attach accurate shipping labels, delivery challans, and addressing info on packages. Assist in maintaining dispatch logbooks.
- Loading & Unloading : Coordinate and assist in loading packed goods into transport vehicles and unloading incoming raw materials or returns.
- Inventory & Maintenance : Keep the packing and dispatch area clean, organized, and properly stocked with packing materials.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation

- 10th Standard (SSC) or 12th Standard (HSC) Pass.

Experience

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a packing, warehousing, dispatch, or logistics environment.

Key Skills Needed





- Physical Stamina : Ability to handle physical work, including lifting packages, packing boxes continuously, and standing for extended durations.
- Attention to Detail : Precision in checking quantities and reading product labels to ensure error-free dispatches.
- Basic Literacy : Ability to read and understand basic English/Hindi labels, invoices, and shipping addresses.
