- Dispatch Management : Coordinate and oversee the daily outward flow of finished brass products.
- Documentation : Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes with high precision.
- Data Entry & Tracking : Maintain real-time logs of outward shipments using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Coordination : Liaise with the production and warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and dispatch.
- Reporting : Generate daily and weekly dispatch reports for management review.

Required Qualifications :

- Education : Any Graduate (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

- Technical Skills :

- Strong command of MS Office (specifically Excel).

- Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data sorting, and cloud collaboration).





- Soft Skills :

- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.

- Robust organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
