Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production of frozen food products as per production schedule.
- Ensure proper operation of processing, freezing, and packaging lines .
- Monitor production output and maintain efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards .
- Supervise production staff and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams .
- Monitor blast freezing, cold storage handling, and temperature control .
- Reduce production wastage and improve productivity.
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and documentation
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Food Technology / Food Processing / Production / Mechanical Engineering .
- 2-5 years experience in Frozen Food / Food Processing Industry .
Job Type : Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
