JD: Warehouse Executive

Ranjangaon MIDC (70 kms from Pune)

To oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records using [Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)]. Supervise staff, enforce safety protocols, and ensure efficient order fulfillment to meet logístical targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management : Oversee receiving, loading, and unloading of goods, verifying physical counts against system records.
- Inventory Control : Perform regular physical stock counts, manage inventory accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies in ERP systems.
- Logistics Coordination : Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Team Supervision : Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse personnel to maintain productivity.
- Safety & Compliance : Enforce health and safety regulations (OSHA,, etc.)



and maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse.
- Reporting : Prepare daily/weekly reports on KPIs, including order status, stock levels, and shipment delays.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience : Previous experience (1-5 years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain in Pharmaceutical Company
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and WMS/ERP systems.
- Certifications : Forklift certification or warehouse management certifications are a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills : Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
