Job Description - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Position : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Experience : 5+ Years Employment Type : Full-Time Notice Period : Immediate to 60 Days Preferred

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) solutions.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, and custom workflows.
- Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business rules.
- Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate .
- Implement authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) .
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement) development.

- Strong programming skills in:

- C#

- .NET Framework/.NET Core

- JavaScript or TypeScript

- Hands-on experience in:

- Dynamics 365 Customization

- Plugin Development

- Workflows

- Business Rules

- Custom APIs

- Experience with Power Platform , including:





- Power Apps

- Power Automate

- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and external systems.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Notice Period :Immediate to 60 Days .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.

Educational Qualification

- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
