- Translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Optimize SOQL queries, Apex logic, and platform performance
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Work on CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term scalable fixes
- Mentor junior developers and support technical upskilling within the team
