Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate (In office)

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound tele calling to potential clients to promote real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate property options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or real estate sales.

- Mandatory Real estate/plotting experience

- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Salary Structure

Compensation: Target-Based Salary + Attractive Incentives + High Performance Earnings

Reporting To: Senior Management

Travel Requirement: Local travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.
