Job Title : Python Developer - AI/ML & Data Processing Experience Required : 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop robust ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Process and manage large datasets (CSV, JSON, ZIP, etc.)
- Implement data normalization, deduplication, and transformation logic
- Develop efficient SQL queries with indexing and optimization
- Build idempotent and upsert-based data processing systems
- Implement text processing and similarity-based matching systems
- Work with embeddings and vector similarity techniques
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) into production systems
- Design hybrid systems combining rule-based logic with ML models
- Develop confidence scoring mechanisms for model outputs
- Optimize batch processing workflows for performance and scalability
- Maintain production-grade code with proper structure, logging, and version control

Technical Skills (Must Have)

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development




- Strong experience with pandas, NumPy, and data processing libraries
- Experience handling large datasets (CSV/JSON/ZIP)
- Good understanding of ETL pipeline design and data transformation
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including indexing and query optimization
- Knowledge of upsert operations and idempotent data processing
- Strong understanding of data normalization and deduplication techniques
- Hands-on experience in text processing and string similarity techniques
- Experience using ML models for classification or clustering
- Exposure to transformer-based models (BERT or similar)
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts
- Familiarity with batch processing and performance optimization
- Experience writing and maintaining production-level code
