Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Financial Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Budget Management : Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure they remain within budget.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable : Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
- Reconciliation :Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Tax Compliance : Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Audit Preparation :



Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Financial Analysis :Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Regulatory Compliance :Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions and generate reports.
