Responsibilities :

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including transaction processing, account reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online and similar tools such as (Xero, Netsuite, Zoho Books)
- Record and categorize income, expenses, assets, and liabilities according to standard accounting practices.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.




- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities as needed.
- Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, documentation, and financial processes.
- Help organize financial data for reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience working remotely or supporting distributed teams is preferred.
