Finance & Accounts Manager (CA Final | CA IPCC) | Bengaluru

Position : Finance & Accounts Manager Location : Bengaluru - HSR Layout Department : Finance & Accounting Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Experience : Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts functions preferred Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA Mandatory) Skills Required: Legal Due Diligence and Fund Raising is required at 2 years. Total 5+ years Salary : ₹15 - ₹20 LPA Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial processes.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely finalization of financial statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for leadership review.

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, ROC filings, and other statutory submissions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable financial and corporate regulations.

Audit & Financial Controls

- Manage internal and external audits efficiently.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and SOPs.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Fundraising & Legal Due Diligence

- Support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and financial documentation.




- Assist in legal due diligence, financial due diligence, and transaction-related activities.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and business teams for strategic financial initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in accounting, taxation, financial operations, and compliance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC compliance, auditing, and MIS reporting is essential.
- Experience in fundraising and legal due diligence will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and financial reporting tools preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
