Job Description : Job Title: Accountant : Work Location : Adajan, Surat, Gujarat Work Type : Full-Time | In-Office Experience Required : 2 to 5+ Years Working Days : Monday to Saturday ( 5.5 days) Timings : 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Manage daily accounting entries and payment processing
- Handle salary processing, vendor payments, and expense claims
- Prepare client billing, payment follow-ups, and ledger reconciliation
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance filings
- Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, banks, and vendors
- Maintain financial records and prepare management reports




- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and ROC compliance activities
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications : ✔ Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel

- ✔ Practical experience in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & Skilled Tax (PT)
- ✔ Excellent reconciliation and accounting skills
- ✔ Good communication and coordination abilities
- ✔ Strong follow-up and documentation skills
- ✔ Honest, skilled, and detail-oriented approach
- ✔ Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
