Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Handle outbound/inbound calls for international clients
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Update and manage customer information in CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in any domain or international voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria :

- Any graduate or undergraduate
- Prior experience in voice process is an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
