Customer Service & Sales : Greet customers immediately upon arrival, understand their requirements, and provide product information or recommendations to boost sales.

- Transaction Processing : Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, cash register, or vending machines to process cash and card payments accurately.
- Stock & Inventory Management : Receive deliveries, restock shelves/racks, and monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness : Keep the counter, display areas, and customer service areas clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and special offers to assist customers efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment : Take, prepare, or package food, beverage, or retail orders for customers, including handling takeaway orders in food settings.
