Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Financial Performance

- Meet Sales Goals : Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze Metrics : Track performance metrics like conversion rates and basket sizes.
- Control Budgets : Manage operational expenses, payroll costs, and store profitability.

Operations & Inventory Control

- Manage Stock : Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stockroom organization.
- Reduce Shrinkage : Implement strict loss prevention strategies to prevent theft.
- Execute Audits : Lead periodic physical inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
- Maintain Visuals : Ensure floor layouts and window displays meet brand standards.

Customer Service & Compliance

- Resolve Escalations : Handle complex customer complaints to ensure brand loyalty.
- Enforce Safety :



Maintain strict compliance with safety laws and labor regulations.
- Secure Premises : Oversee open/close procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience : 3+ years of retail management or assistant management experience.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
- Leadership : Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
- Tech Literacy : Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and MS Office.
- Communication : Robust verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Physical Ability : Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
