About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts professional to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Job Description:

- Tally: Daily DCCR entry in Tally.

Purchase Entry in Tally.

Payment entry in Tally.

Sales entry in Tally.

- Taxation: Monthly TDS Working.
- Procurement and Stock Management: Receive indents from concerned departments.

Assist in analyzing the stocks available v/s requirements based on the indents received and propose further for approval.

Placing orders for stocks upon approval and allotting stocks to the respective departments while maintaining minimum stock availability.

- Petty Cash management: Cash vouchers.

Maintain Petty cash and records.

Petty cash reports.

- Billing & Collection : Preparing client bills and dispatching on time.





Follow up for collections.

Regular reporting of collections done.

- Vendor Management : Verify vendor bills.

Vendor payments.

- Administration: Assist in infrastructure maintenance.

Calling vendors when required and assigning the jobs.

Bank Reconciliation.

Filling & Documentation.

Cheque making for payments.

Minimum Requirements : #Graduate/Post Graduate

#Relevant Experience

#Positive at Accounting and Data Management

#Strong interpersonal skills

Core Competencies / Technical Competencies: Well versed with Tally

Well versed with TDS

Excellent in Ms Office

Understanding of Service Tax & Professional Tax

Typing speed 30-40 wpm

Working Days : Monday to Saturday |09:00 am - 05:00 pm
