Employment Type Full-Time / Permanent Salary ₹3,00,000 CTC Per Annum Working Hours 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Experience Required 1-2 Years Language Requirement Hindi & English Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Manage daily retail store operations efficiently. - Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability. - Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure high performance. - Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. - Maintain proper product display and store presentation standards. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.



- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management. - Ensure smooth billing and operational processes. - Maintain discipline and a positive work culture within the team.
