Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Department: Marketing Location: [Location] Reports To: [Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing] Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels such as: - Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - LinkedIn Ads - Other paid platforms as required - Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, and lead quality. - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics platforms. - Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates. - Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing page improvements.



- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management. - Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Valuable analytical and data interpretation skills. - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. - Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
