Job Title: Key Account Manager

Department: Web Aggregator - Direct Marketing

Job Purpose: To manage and expand relationships with web aggregators and fintech partners, driving sales

of life insurance products through these digital channels.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Sales Management:

- Drive the sales of ABSLI life insurance products through existing web

aggregator partners.

- Identify and onboard new fintech companies with a strong digital presence in

the industry who sell life insurance directly or indirectly.

1. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners,

ensuring alignment with their business requirements.

- Engage continuously with partners to enhance their focus and mindshare on

ABSLI products.

1. Stakeholder Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, marketing) to ensure

seamless service delivery and support to partners.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including web aggregators and fintech





companies, to align strategic goals and achieve business objectives.

1. Market Research and Development:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities

for growth and development in the web aggregator space.

- Provide insights and recommendations for new product development and

digital strategies.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience:

- Prior experience in the life insurance industry, particularly in managing digital

sales channels or partnerships.

1. Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in MS Office, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record of

managing key accounts.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to

influence and negotiate effectively.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive

results.

1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

An MBA is preferred.
