Manbhum is seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Manager to lead our core human resources functions. You will be the architect of our employee experience, responsible for building strong foundations in talent acquisition, performance management, and continuous learning.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding (Hiring)

- Employer Branding : Build and promote [Company Name]'s reputation as an employer of choice across job portals and social networks.
- Seamless Onboarding : Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding experience to integrate new hires smoothly into the company

Performance Management (Appraisal Implementation)

- Appraisal Cycles : Drive the bi-annual or annual performance review cycles, ensuring timely and constructive feedback between managers and teams.
- KPI Tracking : Assist department heads in defining clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Performance Interventions : Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary and recognize high-performers to boost retention.

Learning & Development (L&D;)

- Training Needs Analysis : Identify skills gaps across departments and design targeted training initiatives.
- Program Development : Organize workshops, leadership training, and upskilling programs (both internal and external) to foster continuous learning.
- Career Pathways : Work with leadership to map out career progression structures and succession planning for key roles.

Payroll & Compensation Management

- Payroll Processing : Manage accurate and timely end-to-end monthly payroll processing, integrating attendance and leave data.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to all local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Benefits Administration :



Manage employee compensation structures, health insurance, and other organizational perks.

HR Policy & Workplace Culture

- Policy Formulation : Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies that align with business goals and legal requirements.
- Employee Handbook : Maintain and update the employee handbook, ensuring all staff are aware of company guidelines and code of conduct.
- Grievance Handling : Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness.

Documentation & HRIS Management

- Employee Lifecycle Records : Generate and maintain all official HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, NDAs, warning letters, and relieving/experience certificates.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee databases and personnel files using our HR Information System (HRIS).
- Audit Readiness : Ensure all HR documentation is systematically filed and ready for internal or external compliance audits.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : [4-7] years of proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, with direct experience in payroll processing and performance management.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Zoho People,) Proficient in advanced excel and word
- Legal Knowledge : Strong understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Soft Skills : Exceptional interpersonal communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
