Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment Strong understanding of US staffing process and recruitment cycle Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing and screening skills Immediate joiners preferred
