Job Summary : Assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare ingredients by chopping, peeling, cutting, and portioning.
- Support and place basic cooking as per recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Work in different kitchen sections as required.

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of kitchen experience or culinary qualification.
- Basic cooking and food hygiene knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with discipline and willingness to learn.
- Flexible for shifts and weekends.
