Role Description The Research Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam. This position supports clinical and behavioral health research activities, including assisting with study design, data collection, and documentation of findings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, organizing research materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting statistical and qualitative data analysis. The role may involve working closely with clinicians and other staff to help coordinate research projects, prepare reports and presentations,



and ensure compliance with relevant protocols and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Research and Laboratory Skills to support clinical and behavioral health studies.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities for interpreting study results and preparing reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and documenting findings clearly.
- Relevant academic background in psychology, psychiatry, public health, life sciences, or a related field (bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).
- Ability to follow research protocols, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with research or statistical software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in clinical or academic research settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
