About Blackbull Group

Blackbull Group, through Blackbull Chamber of Investment, Blackbull Law House and Blackbull AI, is expanding its legal management, legal technology, investment facilitation, government relations and institutional collaboration initiatives.

We are seeking an exceptionally qualified Director of Legal Department with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, government liaison, regulatory frameworks, institutional partnerships, investment fundraising and strategic legal management.

The selected qualified will lead legal department development, strengthen government relationships, establish institutional collaborations and support investment mobilisation for Blackbull's India and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Department Leadership

- Develop and supervise corporate legal management frameworks, legal operations and compliance systems.
- Oversee legal risk assessments, regulatory documentation, corporate governance and pre-litigation management.
- Coordinate with lawyers, legal consultants, compliance specialists and institutional legal departments.

2. Government Liaison & Regulatory Affairs

- Establish professional relationships with government departments,



regulatory authorities and relevant ministries.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Law and Justice, law enforcement institutions and other government bodies through authorised channels.
- Support regulatory approvals, government representations, policy consultations and institutional engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian and international legal requirements.

3. Investment Fundraising & Financial Relations

- Develop strategic relationships with investors, financial institutions, investment funds and government-supported investment organisations.
- Support fundraising initiatives, investment structuring, financial due diligence and project financing.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, investment advisers and corporate finance professionals.
- Facilitate legally compliant investment partnerships and capital mobilisation.

4. Legal Technology & Blackbull AI

- Support the development and institutional adoption of Blackbull AI's legal research and risk management solutions.
- Promote legal digitisation, compliance automation, due diligence technology and corporate legal intelligence.
- Establish collaborations with legal technology organisations and professional institutions.

Legal Education & Institutional Partnerships

- Develop partnerships with law universities, law schools, bar associations and legal training institutions.
- Coordinate lawyer training, professional development and legal research programmes.
- Build institutional relationships supporting Blackbull Chamber's legal education and professional network initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Law degree (LL.B. mandatory; LL.M. preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of relevant leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of government procedures, corporate law, regulatory compliance and investment frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in government liaison, institutional collaboration and fundraising.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of India, UAE and GCC legal and investment environments is advantageous.
