With a growing global presence across 25+ countries, we're expanding our sales team at our Lucknow office and looking for ambitious, driven, and result-oriented sales professionals ready to make an impact.

Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Work From Office - Lucknow

Experience: 1–3 Years

Department: Sales | Business Development

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and families across India and international markets, including the USA, UK, and other regions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Oratrics programs.
- Conduct engaging online consultations and convert qualified leads into enrolments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the enrolment journey.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales,



or Business Development (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Good command of English; international communication experience is an advantage.
- A target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts aligned with international markets.
