Role Description The Store Manager at Sterling Resort in Ludhiana is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily store operations within the resort. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring proper merchandising, and maintaining accurate records of sales and stock levels. The Store Manager works closely with resort teams to meet guest needs, support efficient stock replenishment, and uphold visual and cleanliness standards. The role involves monitoring budgets, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.



The Store Manager is expected to guide team members, resolve operational issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service.
Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and effective Communication.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including inventory control, staff supervision, and daily operations oversight.
- Experience with Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage and implementing protective measures.
- Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and optimize store performance.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Comfort working on-site in Ludhiana, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
