Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Kanpur Nagar. The Sales Marketing Executive will conduct market research, identify opportunities, and support the development and execution of marketing plans to promote Swachoraa’s products. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales targets, and coordinating promotional activities in local markets. The role involves preparing reports on sales performance and market trends, collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaigns,



and representing the brand at customer visits, events, and retail locations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, home-care, or cleaning products sales and marketing is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Kanpur Nagar, travel locally as needed, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and maintaining accurate sales records is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
