We are looking for a senior technology leader to drive cloud operations, platform reliability and security for enterprise SaaS products.

The role

You will have end-to-end accountability of production operations and for meeting customer SLAs on production issues: 24×7 application monitoring, cloud infrastructure, reliability, operational security and security engineering, ISMS, disaster recovery and AIOps. You will lead functional managers across these areas. You will partner with the VP of Engineering, who owns the platform, the deployment tooling and AI-assisted SDLC/PDLC, including secure application design and code remediation. This is a hands-on executive role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead cloud infrastructure, SRE,



24×7 production operations and customer SLA management.
- Drive incident management, system availability, performance and disaster recovery.
- Strengthen cloud security, vulnerability management, DevSecOps and ISO compliance.
- Improve automation, observability, operational efficiency and cloud cost optimization.
- Lead engineering managers and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable and scalable platforms.

Requirements

- 15+ years of technology experience with strong cloud operations or SRE leadership.
- Proven ownership of customer-facing SaaS production environments.
- Experience managing major incidents, customer SLAs and security remediation.
- Robust knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI, Kubernetes and DevSecOps.
- Experience leading large technical teams and driving operational transformation.
