Role Description This is a full time, on-site Barista role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as assist with basic food preparation according to cafe standards and hygiene guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and promptly. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and provide friendly,



attentive customer service that aligns with the cafe’s community-focused values. The role also involves restocking supplies, supporting team members during busy periods, and contributing to a positive, respectful work environment.
