At Bad at Boring we make launch films for tech startups. We’re looking for a Creative Recruiter. Right now we need writers and editors, and the demand is only growing.

Here’s what you’ll do:

- Hunt where job boards don’t reach: X, YouTube, video end credits, Instagram, Discord, other studios’ team pages
- Write cold DMs that get replies, and pull in people who weren’t looking
- Send our writing test, screen the results, and bring us the best 3
- Hire for freelance and full time roles, and close the offers

You’ll fit if you:

- Have 3+ year recruiting at a video agency, production house or content studio. Producers and content leads who did the hiring count too.
- Have hired writers and editors yourself, including people who weren’t job-hunting
- Can tell a funny script from a flat one, and a great edit from an average one
- Have hired for English-language work
- Can name five writers you’d call tomorrow
