Role Description The Sr. Store Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the retail outlet. This position includes managing inventory levels, supervising goods receiving and issuing, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with procurement and sales teams. The Sr. Store Executive will support customer-facing activities, address customer queries, and help drive sales through effective product presentation and store upkeep.



The role also involves monitoring store compliance with company policies, preparing daily and monthly reports, and collaborating with management to optimize store performance. The individual will work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications

- Strong customer service and retail operations skills, with the ability to address customer needs professionally.
- Proficiency in sales activities and basic commerce principles, including billing, stock turnover, and pricing.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience in store or warehouse management, including inventory control and documentation.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software).
- Relevant educational background in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a senior or supervisory store role in retail or manufacturing will be an advantage.
