Indian Silk House Agencies is looking for a capable and execution-oriented professional to join its Projects team as we continue expanding our retail presence across India.

We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in retail store development, fit-outs and project execution, preferably from an organised retail, fashion, apparel or lifestyle brand.

The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of retail store projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards and smooth handover to the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail Store Development: Manage end-to-end execution of new retail store projects, from site assessment and initial planning to final handover.
- Project Planning & Execution: Prepare project schedules, monitor milestones and ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
- Civil & MEP Coordination: Oversee civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety and other MEP-related activities at project sites.
- Costing & Budget Management: Handle BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, material planning and cost monitoring.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Identify, coordinate and manage contractors, vendors,



architects and other external agencies.
- Design & Technical Coordination: Coordinate with design teams, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure execution as per approved layouts, drawings and specifications.
- Quality & Site Management: Conduct regular site inspections, monitor workmanship, ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Project Documentation: Maintain project progress reports, bills, measurement sheets, completion reports and other project-related documentation.
- Store Handover: Ensure timely completion, commissioning, snag resolution and seamless handover of stores to the Operations team.

Requirements:

- 6–7 years of relevant experience in retail projects, preferably with an organised retail, fashion, apparel or lifestyle brand.
- Hands-on experience in retail fit-outs, store development and new store rollouts.
- Good understanding of civil, electrical, HVAC and MEP works.
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, BOQ preparation and site execution.
- Solid coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for project and site requirements.
