Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Databricks Technical Architect to lead our solution architecture efforts, focusing on modernization programs and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in presales activities, providing estimations for project proposals, and ensuring the successful technical delivery of solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing data solutions leveraging Databricks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.

Exp level : 15- 17

Job location: Bangalore

Salary Max we can offer : 48 LPA to 52 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

_ An architect in our context needs to defend our design and architecture in front of the customer architects - presentation / gravitas / coherence / clarity & confidence

-for an architect, some understanding of what the business problem that the client was trying to solve for is a basic must.

-Experience in Pre sales, Solutioning, Designing, Team leading Exp, done Client facing role

- Lead the solution architecture for Databricks implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Drive modernization programs that leverage Databricks for enhanced data analytics and processing capabilities.





- Establish and oversee governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

- Engage in presales activities, providing technical expertise and support to the sales team.

- Develop accurate estimations for project timelines and resource requirements.

- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Databricks and big data technologies.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Extensive experience with Databricks, including Spark and Delta Lake.

- Solid background in solution architecture and data engineering principles.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

- Prior experience in presales, technical delivery, or project management is preferred.
